Cirsim Circuit Simulator

<p><em>Cirsim</em> is a circuit simulator designed to simulate simple combinatorial and sequential
  circuits. Cirsim was originally developed for use in CSE320 Computer Organization and
  Architecture at Michigan State University.</p>
<p>This page will include help for the Cirsim system. Help continues to be
  under construction in Cirsim.</p>
