> Migration from btnexus-hook <= 2.2.11 to btnexus-hook >= 2.3.0

Important changes in the btnexus-hook library **following version 2.2.11**:

* WebApps have been moved out of the btnexus-hook library
* All core classes have been removed from btnexus-hook and have been moved to btnexus-node, this includes:
 * Peer classes
 * Api Endpoint classes
 * btNexus Memory classes
 * btNexus Data classes
* As of version 2.3.0 and later, there is no more `local debug mode`. All executions of the btNexus hoosks have to be debugged with an actual connection to the btNexus instance.
* Added new Caption model based on lists
* Added new Caption class for more conveniant access to language captions
