### As a function

Add `"esModuleInterop": true` to `tsconfig.json` or use:

add to `src/polyfills.ts`:
`import 'browser-hrtime';`
Add @types/node to your Angular app

npm i -S @types/node
```
Then in `tsconfig.json`

"angularCompilerOptions": {
"types" : ["node"]
....
}
```
