            with information about a particular Competition. To the extent that any conflict
            exists between these Terms and Conditions and any specific Official Rules and Regulations,
            the Official Rules and Regulations for that Competition in which you choose to participate
            shall govern

            Materials Posted by Visitors

            Except as otherwise specified in the Official Rules and Regulations or other documentation
            pertaining to a Competition, you retain any rights to ownership in any materials
            posted, uploaded or otherwise sent to our Web site by you; MESH01 will not gain
            ownership rights to this material. By posting, uploading or otherwise sending designs
            to us or our Web site for a competition, you grant (or warrant that the owner of
            such rights has expressly granted) us a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive
            right and license to use, reproduce and publish the same, including the right, at
            MESH01’s sole discretion, to distribute to third parties.

            pertaining to a Competition, you grant (or warrant that the owner of such rights

            including the right, at MESH01’s sole discretion, to distribute such materials to

            (b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies; (c) a request by you
            (self-initiated account deletions); (d) discontinuance or material modification
            to the Website (or any part thereof); (e) unexpected technical or security issues
            or problems; (f) extended periods of inactivity; (g) engagement by you in fraudulent
            or illegal activities; and/or (h) nonpayment of any fees owed by you in connection
            with the Website or any other Mesh01 product. Termination of your Mesh01 account
            includes: (a) removal of access to all pages within the Website; (b) deletion of
            your password and all related information, files and materials, including User Submissions
