AWS Lambda / API Gateway / Endpoint Router

This folder must contain an API specification in a file named `spec.json`.

It is a basic OpenAPI specification without necessarily writing `paths` of `definitions` sections.
Indeed, these sections should be dynamically written by Lager plugins.

Example:
