Plugin for IBM API Connect Developer Toolkit

Usage: apic {{bluemix:publish}} OPTIONS

   Publish an app to {{IBM Bluemix}}.

Options:
    --{{type}} appserver                 Set publish type to runtime server
    -o, --{{org}} ORGANIZATION           Name of the organization
    -s, --{{space}} SPACE_NAME           Name of the space to which to deploy the runtime
    -a, --{{app}} APP_NAME               Name of the app
    -p, --{{providerOrg}} ORGANIZATION   Name of the provider organization to use
    -c, --{{catalog}} CATALOG            Name of the catalog within the provider organization
