As simple as it gets. Find the right API at the right time.

## Usage Example
    import { APICollector, ITopicsAndAPIs } from "api-collector"

    await aPICollector.addAPI("Crypto Currencies", "https://rest.coinapi.io/")

    const result: ITopicsAndAPIs = await aPICollector.getApisForTopic("Crypto Currencies")

    console.log(result)
