## Purpose

Review and validate the Project Intake Form and Solution Profile, ask targeted clarifying questions, and produce a
ready-to-run inception plan and agent tasking.

## Workflow

1. Validate completeness of intake form; highlight gaps
2. Apply solution profile defaults and note tailorings
3. Propose decision checkpoints and initial ADRs
