# 📋 Environment Variables Status for Your ADPA Setup

## Current Configuration Analysis (Based on your .env file)

### ✅ **ALREADY CONFIGURED**
- **GitHub AI**: ✅ Configured and working
  - `GITHUB_TOKEN` is set
  - `GITHUB_MODEL=openai/gpt-4.1`
  - `CURRENT_PROVIDER=github-ai`

- **Google AI**: ✅ Available as backup
  - `GOOGLE_AI_API_KEY` is set
  - Ready to use if needed

- **Azure OpenAI**: ✅ Available as backup
  - Full configuration available (commented out)
  - Can be activated when needed

### ❌ **CONFLUENCE INTEGRATION - NEEDS SETUP**

Your `.env` file shows these Confluence variables are defined but **empty**:

## 🔧 **IMMEDIATE ACTION REQUIRED**

### Step 1: Get Your Atlassian API Token
1. Go to: https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security/api-tokens
2. Click "Create API token"
3. Name it: "ADPA Requirements Gathering Agent"
4. Copy the generated token

### Step 2: Update Your .env File
Replace the empty Confluence variables in your `.env` file with:

### Step 3: Find Your Confluence Space Key
1. Go to your Confluence site
2. Navigate to the space where you want to publish documents
3. Look at the URL - the space key is usually visible
4. Example: `https://your-domain.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/MYSPACE/` → Space key is `MYSPACE`

### 2. Test Confluence Connection

```

### 3. If Connection Works, Try Publishing

npm run confluence:publish --dry-run  # Preview first
npm run confluence:publish            # Actual publish
```

## 🎯 **MINIMAL SETUP FOR CONFLUENCE**

If you just want to test Confluence integration quickly:

1. **Get API token** (as described above)
2. **Update these 3 variables** in your `.env`:
   ```env

   CONFLUENCE_BASE_URL=https://your-domain.atlassian.net
   CONFLUENCE_EMAIL=menno@cbadmin.onmicrosoft.com
   ```
3. **Test**: `npm run confluence:test`
4. **Set space key in config**: Edit `config-rga.json` to add your space key

## 🚨 **SECURITY REMINDER**

Your `.env` file contains sensitive API tokens. Make sure:
- ✅ `.env` is in your `.gitignore` (it should be)
- ✅ Never commit API tokens to version control
- ✅ Use different tokens for different environments
