### Why is this important?
The `<noembed>` element is obsolete and must no longer be used.
It was originally used to provide content to screen reader users or in browsers when an embedded object couldn't be displayed.

### What to do
* The `<noembed>` element is obsolete and must no longer be used. Use the `<object>` element instead of `<embed>` and use the body to provide fallback content when the object does not load.
