# Contributor License Agreement (CLA)

Thank you for your interest in contributing to the VDO.Ninja SDK ("Project").

By submitting a pull request or other contribution to this Project, you agree to
the following terms:

## 1. Grant of Rights

You hereby assign to Steve Seguin ("Maintainer") all right, title, and interest
in and to any contributions you make to the Project, including but not limited
to all copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual
property rights therein.

## 2. Moral Rights

To the extent that moral rights cannot be assigned under applicable law, you
agree to waive and not assert any such moral rights against the Maintainer or
any licensee of the Project.

## 3. Representations

You represent that:

- You are the sole author of your contribution and have the legal right to grant
  the rights described in this agreement.
- Your contribution does not violate any third-party rights (including
  intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contractual obligations).
- If your contribution includes code from third parties, you have disclosed the
  source and license terms for that code.

## 4. Purpose

This assignment allows the Maintainer to:

- Offer the Project under open-source, proprietary, or commercial terms.
- Enforce the Project's licensing terms consistently.
- Make future licensing decisions without needing to contact every contributor.

## 5. No Obligation

The Maintainer is under no obligation to accept or include your contribution in
the Project.

## 6. Acceptance

By submitting a pull request or contribution to this repository, you indicate
your acceptance of this Contributor License Agreement.
