Spinner for input values that can be incremented and decremented.

## Features

An opinionated button-group for incrementing/ decrementing values in a normal
free text input.

## Usage

Basic spinner.

If a coarse pointing device is used, the buttons in the stacked group are
too small and full sized buttons are used.
