单选框，在一组备选项中进行单选。

## 基础示例

import { Radio } from '@uiw/react-native';

function Demo() {
  return (

```

## 受控组件

```jsx
import { useState } from 'react';
import { Radio } from '@uiw/react-native';

function Demo() {
  const [checked, setChecked] = useState(false);

## Props
