# uncapitalize

> Uncapitalize the first character of a string.

#### uncapitalize( str )

Uncapitalizes the first character of a string.

```javascript
var out = uncapitalize( 'Last man standing' );
// returns 'last man standing'

// returns 'hidden Treasures'
