#### pascalcase( str )
Converts a string to Pascal case.
```javascript
var out = pascalcase( 'foo bar' );
// returns 'FooBar'
out = pascalcase( 'IS_MOBILE' );
// returns 'IsMobile'
out = pascalcase( 'Hello World!' );
// returns 'HelloWorld'
out = pascalcase( '--foo-bar--' );
// returns 'FooBar'
