#### constantcase( str )

Converts a string to constant case.

```javascript
var str = constantcase( 'foo bar' );
// returns 'FOO_BAR'

// returns 'FOO_BAR_BAZ'

str = constantcase( 'foo_bar' );
// returns 'FOO_BAR'
