If provided `NaN` as any argument, the function returns `NaN`. If provided a nonpositive value for `λ` or `k`, the function returns `NaN`. Parameters ---------- x: number Input value. k: number Shape parameter. λ: number Scale parameter. Returns ------- out: number Evaluated logCDF.
