{{alias}}( x, r, v[, nranges] ) Evaluates the cumulative distribution function (CDF) of a studentized range distribution. If provided `NaN` as any argument, the function returns `NaN`. If provided `r < 2` or `v < 2`, the function returns `NaN`. Parameters ---------- x: number Input value. r: number Sample size for range (same for each group). v: number Degrees of freedom. nranges: integer Number of groups whose maximum range is considered. Default: 1. Returns ------- out: number Evaluated CDF. Examples -------- > var y = {{alias}}( 0.5, 3.0, 2.0 ) ~0.0644 > y = {{alias}}( 12.1, 17.0, 2.0 ) ~0.913 {{alias}}.factory( r, v[, nranges] ) Returns a function for evaluating the cumulative distribution function (CDF) of a studentized range distribution.
