    Parameters
    ----------
    mode: string (optional)
        Color format (`full`, `shorthand`, or `either`).

    Returns

    re: RegExp
        Regular expression.

    > var bool = RE.test( 'ffffff' )

    Regular expression to match a full hexadecimal color.
