Tests whether all iterated values are truthy.
The function immediately returns upon encountering a falsy value.
If provided an iterator which does not return any iterated values, the
function returns `true`.
Parameters
----------
iterator: Object
Input iterator over which to iterate.
Returns
-------
bool: boolean
The function returns `false` if a value is falsy; otherwise, the
function returns `true`.
Examples
--------
> var arr = {{alias:@stdlib/array/to-iterator}}( [ 1, 1, 1, 1, 0 ] );
> var bool = {{alias}}( arr )
false
