# isNonNegativeFinite

> Test if a value is a number having a nonnegative finite value.

#### isNonNegativeFinite( value )

Tests if a value is a number having a nonnegative finite value.

bool = isNonNegativeFinite( new Number( 5.0 ) );

#### isNonNegativeFinite.isPrimitive( value )

Tests if a value is a primitive number having a nonnegative finite value.
