# Express API Application

A RESTful API built with Express.js featuring CRUD operations, middleware, and error handling.

## Getting Started

### Prerequisites

- Node.js >= 16.0.0
- npm >= 7.0.0

### Installation

1. Install dependencies:
```bash
npm install
```

### Running the Application

#### Development mode (with auto-restart):
```bash
npm run dev
```

#### Production mode:
```bash
npm start
```

## API Endpoints

### Base URL

### Endpoints

#### General
- `GET /` - Welcome message and available endpoints
- `GET /health` - Health check endpoint

#### Users API
- `GET /api/users` - Get all users
- `GET /api/users/:id` - Get user by ID
- `POST /api/users` - Create new user
- `PUT /api/users/:id` - Update user by ID
- `DELETE /api/users/:id` - Delete user by ID

## Environment Variables
