The code repository for low code event handler.

## Introduction
As of now, there are two kinds of event handlers are attached to the CAP entity within every LCAP application, one is for workflow service, another is for external service.

## Usage
It could be used as the `cds` require for `app-service` directly in the LCAP / CAP `package.json` file.
