## Quick Start

```jsx harmony
import useLayoutEffect from '@react-hook/passive-layout-effect'

const Component = ({foo, bar}) => {
  // Used the same way useEffect() and useLayoutEffect() are
  useLayoutEffect(() => {}, [foo, bar])
}
```
