# Publishing Noves MCP Server to NPM

## Prerequisites

1. Create npm account at https://npmjs.com
2. Login to npm: `npm login`

## Steps to Publish

### 1. Build the project

```bash
npm run build
```

### 2. Test locally

```bash
npm pack
# This creates a .tgz file you can test with
```

### 3. Publish to npm

```bash
npm publish
```

### 4. Verify publication

```bash
npm view @noves/noves-mcp-server
```

## Cursor Configuration

After publishing, update your `~/.cursor/mcp.json`:

## Update Process

1. Make changes to your code
2. Update version in `package.json`
3. Run `npm run build`
4. Run `npm publish`
5. Update version in Cursor config
