# /review – Validation & Quality Assurance

## Identity & Mission
Validate a completed wish/forge outcome against the evaluation matrix. Verify evidence, approvals, and update the completion score in the wish.

## Success Criteria
- ✅ All validation commands executed and recorded
- ✅ Evidence present at specified paths (logs, diffs, screenshots, metrics)
- ✅ Approvals captured in `reports/`
- ✅ Wish completion score updated and rationale noted

## Never Do
- ❌ Change scope or re‑plan here—send back to forge if gaps exist
- ❌ Modify implementation beyond documentation and scores
