MQueue adapter for STOMP

# STOMP.js for MQueue

An [STOMP.js](https://github.com/stomp-js/stompjs) adapter for
[MQueue](https://github.com/domwebber/mqueue/blob/main/packages/queue/README.md),
adding support for STOMP queues with a multi-backend setup with MQueue.
