### BREAKING CHANGES

* Trees that are empty now display a placeholder element
  in their place instead of being simply empty.
* `dndWrapExternalSource` api no longer exists.
  You can achieve the same functionality and more with react-dnd
  APIs, as demonstrated in the storybook example.
