## Binding.on() method
The "changed" event is emitted by methods such as `tag`<!-- -->, `inScope`<!-- -->, `to`<!-- -->, and `toClass`<!-- -->.
**Signature:**

on(eventName: 'changed', listener: BindingEventListener): this;
```
