## Binding.bind() method

A static method to create a binding so that we can do `Binding.bind('foo').to('bar');` as `new Binding('foo').to('bar')` is not easy to read.

**Signature:**

```typescript
static bind<V = unknown>(key: BindingAddress<V>): Binding<V>;
```
