- Changed `measureLayout` back to calculate coords based on `offsetTop/Left/Width/Height` instead of `getClientBoundRect`.
The reason is that `getClientBoundRect` is less performant and calculates coordinates AFTER all the CSS transformations,
which is undesirable for scaled or transformed elements.
