Template repo for an NPM module in typescript

- Dependabot updates & auto-generation of changesets
- Format on save with eslint in vscode
- Monthly auto-release, if only dependabot changes are included
- Example for checking changes in subpackage folder since last successfull run in the context of `push` or `pull_request` events
