# Universal Read-Only Code License (UNIRO-ROCL)

This license (hereinafter referred to as "License") sets forth the terms and conditions under which the right to read and use the code (hereinafter referred to as "Code") specified below is granted, without the right to edit, resell, sublicense, or distribute the same.

You (hereinafter referred to as "Licensee") are hereby granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to read and use the Code in any domain, provided that the following conditions are met:
