Each SmartFAQ feature should meet this criteria to be considered as done:
- Released both on search & booking
- Mentioned in released notes in [#prg-bts-bcn-agenda](https://skypicker.slack.com/messages/C897FAKA5) and [https://kiwi.wiki/frontend/smart-faq/blog/](https://kiwi.wiki/frontend/smart-faq/blog/) 
- Documented on this wiki for business stakeholders
- Is being tracked & have appropriate analytics boards
- Is covered by unit tests where applicable
- Is covered by cypress tests
- Was tested by QA
