- Fixed possible error during hydration by not rendering the DSGVO banner on the server. @Tishasoumya-02 
- If `showBanner` is false, the button in the `IfConfirm` component now accepts the cookie immediately instead of opening the banner. @Tishasoumya-02 
- Updated the message shown in the `IfConfirm` component so that it makes sense even if the user hasn't seen the banner yet. @Tishasoumya-02
