COMMERCIAL LICENSE AGREEMENT

This software and associated documentation files (the "Software") are licensed, 
not sold, to you by InfoMateBot Inc. ("InfoMateBot") for use only under the terms of 
this license agreement.

GRANT OF LICENSE:
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, InfoMate hereby grants 
you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software solely for 
your internal business purposes.

RESTRICTIONS:
You may NOT:
- Distribute, sublicense, or sell the Software
- Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
- Use the Software to create competing products
- Share API keys or access credentials
- Use the Software beyond your licensed scope

SUPPORT:
InfoMate provides commercial support to licensed customers through official 
support channels only.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER:
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
IN NO EVENT SHALL INFOMATE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE 
OF THIS SOFTWARE.

TERMINATION:
This license terminates automatically if you breach any terms. Upon termination, 
you must destroy all copies of the Software.
