GRANT OF LIMITED LICENSE:
Subject to the terms of this license, HiveTechs Collective LLC grants you a 
limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software 
under the following strictly defined conditions:

   - Evaluation for potential commercial licensing (30-day limit)

2. OPEN SOURCE & RESEARCH:

   - Non-profit organization use with prior written approval

COMMERCIAL LICENSING REQUIRED:

1. COMMERCIAL USE:
   - Any use in commercial products, services, or applications
   - Integration into business workflows or commercial systems
   - Use by for-profit organizations or commercial entities
   - Revenue-generating applications or services

2. ENTERPRISE FEATURES:
   - Multi-user deployments
   - Production environments
   - Commercial API integrations
   - White-label or OEM implementations

STRICT PROHIBITIONS:

1. REDISTRIBUTION & MODIFICATION:
   - Redistributing, sublicensing, or selling copies of the Software
   - Creating derivative works based on proprietary algorithms
   - Modifying consensus pipeline logic for competitive advantage
   - Distributing modified versions without explicit permission

2. REVERSE ENGINEERING:
   - Decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering the Software
   - Extracting proprietary algorithms or methodologies
   - Analyzing code to create competing products
   - Circumventing licensing or authentication mechanisms

3. COMPETITIVE USE:
   - Using the Software to develop competing AI consensus platforms
   - Incorporating proprietary techniques into rival products
   - Analyzing performance characteristics for competitive intelligence
   - Training machine learning models on our proprietary outputs

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY VIOLATIONS:
   - Removing or altering copyright notices or license information
   - Using HiveTechs Collective trademarks without permission
   - Claiming ownership of proprietary algorithms or methodologies
   - Filing patents based on discoveries from this Software

ATTRIBUTION REQUIREMENTS:
All permitted uses must include the following attribution:

COMPLIANCE & MONITORING:
HiveTechs Collective LLC reserves the right to:

LEGAL PROTECTIONS:
This Software is protected by:

ENFORCEMENT:
Violation of this license may result in:
- Immediate termination of all rights and licenses

TERMINATION:
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license 
will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any 
term(s) of this license. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all 
use and destroy all copies of the Software.

JURISDICTION:
This license shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where 
HiveTechs Collective LLC is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved 
through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable commercial 
arbitration rules.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT:
This license constitutes the entire agreement between you and HiveTechs 
Collective LLC regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements 
and understandings.
