# License
For your convenience, Highmaps offers a free collection of maps, optimized for use with Highmaps.
The use of the maps in this collection requires a valid [Highmaps license](https://shop.highsoft.com/highmaps).

If you are a non-profit company, or use our products for personal use, you may enjoy our software for free under a [Creative Commons (CC) Attribution-NonCommercial licence](http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/3.0/).

## 3rd Party Material
Some maps require that the original source of the map data is credited when used.
The copyright information is added to the chart credits by default, but please be aware that you will have to display this information somewhere else if you choose to disable chart credits.
Copyright information for each map can be found as properties in the GeoJSON and Javascript files.

We offer the map collection for free to use with Highmaps, for your convenience. We will not be held responsible for errors in the maps, although we will strive to respond to bug reports and keep the maps correct.
