# Commercial License Terms

This SDK is licensed under the Business Source License (BSL) 1.1.

## Permitted Use

You may use this software for non-commercial evaluation, experimentation, and internal development.

## Prohibited Use

You may not use this software in any commercial, monetized, customer-facing, hosted, or production system without a commercial license.

## Commercial Use Includes (but is not limited to):

- Hosting the SDK as part of a platform, service, or internal tool  
- Integration within fallback orchestration, signal replay, or trust scoring systems  
- Developer tooling, SDK extensions, runtime daemons, or mobile fallback agents  
- Functional mimicry or reimplementation of fallback workflows, even under alternate terminology or architecture

## Derivative Restriction

Re-implementation of functionality, routing logic, healing structures, or fallback arbitration behaviors — regardless of naming or language — constitutes derivative use. Cleanroom development does not exempt license requirements.

## Attribution Clause

If fallback logic, healing orchestration, or agentic recovery systems are demonstrated (publicly or internally) in any form derived from this SDK’s architecture, visible attribution is required.

## Visibility Requirement

Any public demonstration, internal prototype, or enterprise proof-of-concept derived from this SDK must clearly disclose its dependency, influence, or architectural inspiration via visible attribution or internal license acknowledgment.
