Terms

The Licensed Work is provided under the terms of the Business Source License 1.1 (the “License”). The License permits use of the Licensed Work only under the following conditions:

1. You may use the Licensed Work, without charge, for non-commercial purposes.  
2. You may not use the Licensed Work for production systems, hosted services, or commercial applications without purchasing a commercial license.  
3. Any distribution of derivative works, behavioral reproductions, or functional reimplementation—regardless of source reuse or naming—requires a commercial license and visible attribution.  
4. On the Change Date, the Licensed Work will be permanently re-licensed under the Apache License 2.0.

Use of the Licensed Work in any commercial, monetized, or customer-facing context—such as AI fallback routing, healing agents, runtime signal replay, or DevOps SDKs—requires a commercial license agreement with the Licensor.
