Light wallet library for Dash

**Usage**: `storage.getTransaction(transactionId)`     
**Description**: Return the transaction from the store matching the txId.

Parameters:

| **transactionId**      | String            | yes            | The transaction id to fetch from the state                           |


Returns: TransactionObject
