### 1. Empty Block Statements (12 Fixes)

- [x] `mobile-friendliness-analyzer.ts` - 3 empty catches → fixed  
- [x] `performance-collector.ts` - 4 empty catches → fixed
- [x] `accessibility-checker.ts` - 4 empty catches → fixed
