1. DEFINITIONS
   - "Software" refers to the Env-Manager software and associated documentation
   - "Commercial Use" means use of the Software for any revenue-generating purpose
   - "Cloud Service" refers to BuildAppolis' hosted env-manager service

2. GRANT OF LICENSE
   Subject to the terms of this license, permission is hereby granted, free of charge,
   to any person obtaining a copy of this Software to:
   
   a) Use the Software for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes
   b) Modify the Software for personal use
   c) Contribute improvements back to the original repository

3. RESTRICTIONS
   You may NOT:
   a) Redistribute the Software or any derivative works as your own product
   b) Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
   c) Use the Software for Commercial Use without a commercial license
   d) Create competing services based on this Software
   e) White-label or rebrand the Software

4. COMMERCIAL USE
   Commercial use of this Software requires:
   a) A valid commercial license from BuildAppolis, OR
   b) Use of BuildAppolis Cloud Service (www.buildappolis.com)
