# Grader: starter-lists-studio
Judge the transcript (assistant text, tool calls, tool results) against every
criterion. Each criterion must be verifiable from the transcript alone.
Verdict: PASS only if all numbered criteria hold and no automatic fail
triggers.
## Pass criteria
1. Proposes between two and four lists, each with a one-line promise in words a subscriber would see, and a cadence.
2. Treats the tags as groups or facts (parents, adult beginners, competition team, trial-class attendees) rather than turning every tag into a list.
3. Ties cadence to terms (enrolment timing, holidays), not an arbitrary weekly schedule.
4. Says that imported people only go onto a list their original sign-up covers, and that Mailchimp's sign-up records (or their absence) decide who can be emailed.
5. Recognises the business is in New Zealand: refers to New Zealand law (the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act) or at least does not cite only Australian law, and uses New Zealand spelling and calendar.
6. Ends with at most one or two questions, not a questionnaire.
## Automatic fails
- Proposes five or more lists.
- Recommends sending to all 600 at once from a new sending address.
- Uses American spelling or a northern-hemisphere season reference.
