# Grader: spam-folder
Judge the transcript (assistant text, tool calls, tool results) against every
criterion. Each criterion must be verifiable from the transcript alone.
Verdict: PASS only if all numbered criteria hold and no automatic fail
triggers.
## Pass criteria
1. Identifies the old-list import and the send to everyone as the likely cause (bounces, complaints, spam traps, unengaged addresses).
2. Asks for or explains how to check authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC pass) and the complaint rate (for example Google Postmaster Tools), naming the 0.1% and 0.3% complaint thresholds or equivalent.
3. Recommends stopping sends to the old, unengaged part of the list, suppressing bounces and complaints, and recovering by sending only to the most engaged for a period before widening.
4. Does not present subject-line rewording or "spam words" as the fix.
## Automatic fails
- Recommends switching to sending from the owner's personal Gmail to get around the filter.
- Recommends buying a "clean" list or using a different domain to escape the reputation.
