# Terms of Service – AsterMind Synth

Effective date: 2025-11-16

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of AsterMind Synth (“Software”) provided by AsterMind AI Corporation (“we”, “us”).

1) Accounts and Orders
- Orders, subscriptions, and billing are governed by your order form or online checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing information and keep it up to date.

2) Access and Use
- Your use of the Software is governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA). In case of conflict, the EULA controls licensing; these Terms control commercial and service aspects (pricing, support, etc.).

3) Support
- If purchased with support/SLAs, we will provide assistance and updates as specified in SUPPORT_SLA.md.

4) Payment
- Fees are due as stated in your order. Late payments may incur interest and/or suspension.

5) Term and Termination
- These Terms remain in effect while you have a valid subscription or license. We may suspend/terminate for material breach or non-payment. Upon termination, the EULA’s termination terms apply.

6) Confidentiality
- Non-public information regarding the Software, pricing, and roadmaps is confidential; see EULA for details.

7) Compliance
- You must comply with applicable laws, including data protection, export, and sanctions regulations.

8) Disclaimers and Liability
- See EULA for warranty and liability terms; these Terms incorporate those provisions by reference.

9) Changes
- We may update these Terms; material changes become effective upon posting or on the date specified.
