# Acceptable Use Policy – AsterMind Synth

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets rules for using AsterMind Synth (“Software”).

Prohibited Uses
- Illegal activity or content.
- Infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Generation or distribution of harmful, abusive, or discriminatory content.
- Circumventing security or licensing; benchmarking for competitive claims without consent.
- Interfering with or degrading others’ systems.

Data Responsibilities
- Use only data you are authorized to process. Remove personal or sensitive data unless you have a lawful basis and strong safeguards.

Security
- Keep artifacts secure, restrict access, and follow best practices (see SECURITY_OVERVIEW.md).

Enforcement
- Violations may result in suspension or termination of license and/or legal action.
