# REFUND POLICY
## Astermind Premium
**Last Updated: November 20, 2025**
This Refund Policy describes the refund terms and conditions for Astermind Premium subscriptions and services provided by **AsterMind AI Corporation** ("AsterMind", "we", "us", or "our").
**This policy is part of and subject to the Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (EULA).**
# 1. GENERAL REFUND POLICY
## 1.1. Subscription Fees
- **Non-Refundable**: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once paid.
- **Exceptions**: Refunds may be available in limited circumstances (see Sections 1.2 and 2).
- **Processing Time**: Approved refunds are processed within **10–15 business days**.
## 1.2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be available if:
- You request a refund within the refund period (see Section 2)
- We are unable to provide the Services due to our error
- You experience technical issues on our side that we cannot resolve
- You are entitled to a refund under local consumer protection laws
# 2. REFUND PERIODS
## 2.1. Standard Refund Period
- **Duration**: 14 days from the date of purchase
- **Conditions**:
- The Software has not been significantly used
- You have not shared, leaked, or misused license keys
- You submit the request in good faith
## 2.2. Extended Refund Period (Enterprise Subscriptions)
- **Duration**: 30 days from purchase
- **Eligibility**: Enterprise subscription customers only
- **Conditions**: Same as Standard Refund Period
# 3. REFUND PROCESS
## 3.1. How to Request a Refund
Email **refunds@astermind.ai** with:
- Your account email
- Order number or transaction ID
- Reason for requesting a refund
- Date of purchase
## 3.2. Review Process
- We review refund requests within **5 business days**
- You will be notified of approval or denial via email
- Approved refunds are processed within **10–15 business days**
## 3.3. Refund Method
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- If unavailable, alternative refund methods may be offered
- Processing times vary depending on the payment provider
# 4. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following are **not** eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions that have been used beyond the refund period
- Automatic subscription renewals (unless cancelled before renewal)
- Add-ons, extensions, or separately purchased services
- Custom support, consulting, or training services
- Third-party fees (Stripe fees, currency conversion, bank fees)
- Subscriptions terminated for Terms of Service violations
# 5. CANCELLATION POLICY
## 5.1. Cancellation Rights
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- Access continues until the end of the paid period
- No refunds for unused time after cancellation
## 5.2. How to Cancel
- From your account dashboard
- Or email: **support@astermind.ai**
- Notice must be given **24 hours before** the next billing date
## 5.3. Effect of Cancellation
- Subscription will not renew
- License key deactivates at the end of the billing period
- No further charges occur
# 6. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
## 6.1. Service Unavailability
If we cannot provide the Services due to:
- Extended outages
- Discontinuation of the product
- Technical failures on our end
We may offer:
- Full or prorated refunds
- Service credits
- Alternative solutions
## 6.2. Duplicate Charges
If you are billed multiple times for the same subscription:
- Contact us at **refunds@astermind.ai**
- Duplicate charges will be refunded
- Processing time: **5–10 business days**
## 6.3. Billing Errors
If you are incorrectly billed:
- Contact us immediately
- Errors will be corrected promptly
- Refunds (if applicable) will be issued as necessary
# 7. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES
## 7.1. Chargeback Policy
- Contact us before filing a chargeback
- Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension
- We will work to resolve any issues amicably
## 7.2. Dispute Resolution
- Contact support for billing disputes
- We respond within **5 business days**
- If unresolved, we work with payment processors to resolve claims
# 8. SUBSCRIPTION CHANGES AND PRORATION
## 8.1. Upgrading
- Upgrades take effect immediately
- Prorated charges apply
- No refunds for downgrades (Section 8.2)
## 8.2. Downgrading
- Takes effect at the end of the billing period
- No refunds for tier differences
- Continued access to higher-tier features until period ends
# 9. TRIAL PERIODS
## 9.1. Free Trials
- No payment required
- No refunds applicable
## 9.2. Trial-to-Paid Conversion
- If charged after trial ends, you may request a refund within **14 days**
- Standard refund conditions apply
# 10. JURISDICTION-SPECIFIC RIGHTS
## 10.1. European Union (EU)
EU customers have a **14-day right of withdrawal** for digital content unless they consent to immediate delivery.
## 10.2. Other Regions
Local consumer protection laws may grant additional rights.
